I can't activate my account. What should I do?
You can press Resend e-mail button and wait for a couple of minutes.
Sometimes it might take up to 15 minutes for an email to be delivered to your inbox.
Don't forget to check your spam folder. Also, check if the email you've signed up with is the correct one.
Note: every time you request a new account activation email, the link for account activation will be changed. So make sure that you use the most recent email we've sent you.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password simply navigate to forgot password page and enter your email address. We’ll then send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
Go to security settings. From there, simply enter your old password an a new password. That's it.
How do I change my email address?
Go to security settings. From there, simply enter your new email address. A confirmation will be sent to your new email address to confirm the change.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account permanently — just go to your account settings.
